Hello everyone and welcome to my blog!
I started this blog to track my progress on becoming a fitter and healthier me. I’m starting a 6 week fitness programme tomorrow.
It’s been a while since I’ve been to the gym alone and its been a while since I started a set fitness programme because I feel like no matter how hard I work and how intense I get into fitness training that I will never be the perfect and healthy enough which puts me off so I end up putting it of.
The longer I keep avoiding this, the worst I feel so I decided its time to make a change and work towards a better me.
Also, its a part of my college.
If anyone has any advice or any stories that will help me with this experience then I’d love to hear them.

We have all been here. Everyone that regularly goes to the gym did not at one point. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it, in my experience people are always willing to help 🙂
